Print out this order form, fill in the information, and fax it to: 559 277 8672. All fax orders received by 3:00PM PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

You are welcome to come visit us at our office/warehouse location. For those of you living in the Central Valley of California this may be convenient for you.
All orders including USA and Canada will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. All orders shipped outside the USA and Canada will incur additional shipping fees.
Inside USA and Canada: 1-3 units $6.00, 4-24 units $8.00, 25+ units contact for special pricing. Outside USA and Canada: 1-3 units $12.00, 4-24 units $18.00, 25+units contact for special pricing.
